RX1Rii didn't sell that great when it came out. It has a cult following. You either love it for its tiny size or hate it for nothing to grip onto. Since they didn't change the lens, you either going to get it because you love the previous RX1s so much, you just want an incremental update with fixed EVF, better sensor, AF and better battery, or you pass it and get a Q2/Q3, x100.
My biggest disappointment as a cult follower of the RX1Rii is the lack of new lens design, no weather sealing and omission of tilt screen. The latter 2 is more difficult to overlook. You just can't fixe sensor dust on a fixed lens body. Tilt screen on a small travel camera is a must. I used it on the RX1Rii and Q2/Q3 all the time.
