It's a very pretty camera with a great lens and sensor. But I personally don't think I can get past no IBIS. I guess they were saving space or maybe the lens sits too close to the sensor. But the absence hurts sharpness in many shots and also hurts the ability to shoot in interesting but challenging light.
For some very disciplined and skilled photographers shooting in the appropriate circumstances, the lack of IBIS will matter less. But I think I will be sticking to my A7CR with a Sigma 45/2.8 lens on it and with its seven stops of IBIS.
