johnld, at first I was majorly bummed by the price increases/wobbles, but then I used my Canon upgrade discount, and it made things somewhat better. Still would have liked to have paid the $100 less for the R8 that I had anticipated. I had planned to buy the R6 II, but it did not work for me.
