55-57mm step up ring in reverse + 55-55 (female to female) adapter rings will give you a replacement for the front filter...
I tried with the Sigma 1.2X teleconverter and it works with FF mode with a little corner vignetting, and 1.7x teleconverter works at apsc mode that gives you 85mm. I will try 1.5X teleconverter next, that might work at FF mode which gives 52.5mm FF. Normally the Fuji front filter adapter didn't work since it puts the teleconverters further with more vignette...
Ricoh GW-4 (0.75x) converter already works with the Fuji front filter to give 21mm option... https://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/68286056
f/4 is soft in the edge, better in center.
f/5.6 is little better than f/4
f/8 is sharp everywhere as well as f/11
f/16 is soft (maybe diffraction)
I will try with the shorter set up also...
