Small primes are Samyang 45mm f1.8, 75mm f1.8. & 100mm t2.3 cine lens. I like 100mm t2.3 due to 70mm mfd & 272g weight. I am sure 50-150mm beats the Samyang 100mm wide open but then it doesn't matter for personal use:

After testing the GM 50-150/2 yesterday I realized it is not for me.While very well built and having very good/excellent optics it is too (front)heavy, too bulky and has too small RR at each focal lenght for my needs.Fast, small primes/zooms will serve me better.
Do fast small zooms exist in this range?
105/1.4, 135/1.8, 85/1.4 are not small
There’s the 90/2.8 but that’s not fast
Yes, there's 135/1.8 small or 85/1.4 small or 150/2 small ...
The 135/1.8 prime is 1030g and my experience is that it has to be switched frequently for a 50/65/85mm or something, In some situations its exceedingly hard to use 135, especially if the subject is uncooperative (kids / dogs running around).
50-150 is 1340g (300g more than the 135/1.8) and the lens switching can be avoided completely for this kind of subject
To me the closest lens is the 70-200GMii. f/2 means one stop better low light auto focus, and an extra 300g for one stop is often worth paying. This is the weight difference between a 35/1.8 and 35/1.4
The downside is that video is going to be better on the 70-200 because of OSS, and the extra weight means getting tired faster. For more distant subjects having 200/2.8 is somewhat better than cropping from 150.
The biggest issue is the cost imo... I don't think it costs much more to make than the 70-200GMii, it would be better if priced more similarly.
