When you did the first shot.. did you use some sort of filter? It's so well exposed and I'm trying to figure out how you all capture hits like this as it's pretty amazing. It seems like a shot taken higher in the sky and I'm surprised you were able to capture such detail on the lower body without blowing out your highlights and still maintaining quality.
No filter at all. I was on Multi on metering mode. I find that that does a pretty good job. Sometimes, I bias that 1/3 or 2/3 a stop, but the A1ii, like the A1, do a good job protecting highlights.
