For what it's worth, I got an email notice from B&H that my pre-order is still backordered. This was a fairly late pre-order, my main one was from a small camera store and I canceled my early B&H order but after all the tariff related news, I made a second preorder at B&H just in case.
This will be interesting to see what happens - I wouldn't be surprised if some camera stores mark up the prices out the door too given that supplies will likely be constrained for some time.
There still may be some hope. I've had a Mac Studio back ordered at B&H for a month now. Tonight (8PM PDT) it now says it's a "New Order" and "Processing" in the title bar of the order detail page. At the very same time it still says "Backordered" in the status column. So the B&H computer is in the middle of updating the page.
Since the 100RF isn't schedule to be shipped until the 24th maybe Tuesday or Wednesday night that New Order and Processing update will pop up then for us also...
