Yes, seems like a mistake. I think it might be around 45 MP. (which is still a lot, but not 66).
The Q3 43's lens would also offer much more control over depth of field (if you cropped the GFX to have a 43 mm full-frame equivalent field of view, its depth of field would be equivalent to using an f4.4 lens on a full-frame body).
That's part of the problem with crop modes. They're not really equivalent to mounting a different lens on the camera.
