To all regarding shutter shock (too many of you to quote). Even going leaf and getting rid of EFCS is beneficial (for me). Don't know how many of you shoot or have shot firearms, but you know that your first shot is pretty steady, but it's easy to develop a reaction each time the trigger is pulled because you anticipate the recoil and flinch. One way to see that was to shoot a revolver and leave a random chamber empty – then it was almost embarrassing to see how much flinching happens on that non-shot.

The X2D with its leaf shutter lenses is similar, but the camera is pretty big and the lenses put more weight out front. I think with the 100RF it won't be too difficult to shoot at slower shutter speeds.
