the original plan was to go with 20/35/50/85/135 - all the Z 1.8S
I have enjoyed these for the limited time I've been back home with NIKON!
I said I would behave. But I lied.
Two months later
right now I have all of this glass. the above, and the below.
14-24 2.8S, 50 1.2S, 85 1.2S, all added just now.
and then I got the 28/40 SE glass for my ZF, for travel and letting other folks use my gears.
I have a lot of thoughts and will get them down soon.
but for now?
135 1.8 was my first Z lens, this time around.
It def has a look and is likely the best lens I've ever had.
for the new lenses I just got in the past week?
the 14-24 is underrated, and is so small and light, I have no idea why I ever got the 20.
the 50 1.2 has a look
the 85 1.2 is really good. Need more time to see if it has a look.
the 50/85 1.2S and 135 1.8S absolutely destroy their backgrounds with such grace, that I could never go back to the smaller lineup, when using my Z8.
Got the 50 today. Posting some test shots here now.
I think the kit I'll end up with is:
14-24 2.8S, 35 1.8S, 50 1.2S, 85 1.2S, 135 1.8S
and the two little guys for the Zf
I can't wait to shoot some humans!
prob sell off 20/50/85 1.8S lenses
