Is that line still there Daniel or Jim? I see the dark line cutting the corner of her eye but do not find it bothersome(that may NOT be the correct word to use so forgive me if it is). It sort of lends to the blending of facial tones to dark hair tones.
She is a very beautiful, sultry woman. The small amount of darkness adds to that IMHO. Inner beauty, emotion and turmoil...
I am NOT very good at pp. But I have found some of the latest tools work very well for me. Generative Fill.....
