In 2014 I converted a section of lawn into a wildflower garden, It's nice having wildflowers just outside my door. And I have had Monarch's reproducing here. This year (2024) the flowers just started popping this week (mid-July)....47th north Lat). And the pollinators soon arrived seeking nectar.
The last image is of a Monarch that appeared on just one day. Apparently it was near its last days. Sadly, they only live a few weeks, except for the last generation. See link
