Have you tried importing with different profiles? The RAW converter and the protocols that the lens manufacturers assign has a bigger impact than glass does on the color. I imported the first picture with Adobe Landscape + Lens and the second picture with Adobe Portrait + Lens and the difference is pretty significant to my eye. Particularly how the sky was handled and the yellow/orange tones. Both shots were taken with the Loxia 35. Same settings.
FWIW I like both pictures. Yes there is a green cast in the first one, but she's holding a bunch of foliage and her eyes are green so it doesn't seem off at all to me. But I understand the frustration of wanting them to match.
