Thanks for all the kind words guys. It was one of those unexpected compositions that evolved. My first level goal in shooting eaglesi s close-ups of the birds, showing all their beauty and detail. Action shots take it up a big notch, but putting that together with an interesting landscape is the ultimate goal for me now. This shot was one of the best in that regard from our trip up to Harrison Mills last weekend even though the eagle is quite a small element.
