I would like to test it at least. The review Chris did was F4 and F8 and completely ignored 5.6 for the corners. That I don't like at all. I want to know what 5.6 produces

The biggest downside is the External zoom ring
Let's assume its better than Version 1 and let's also assume it's maybe better than the 2.8 Version 1 zoom. Ids it worth the switch and at 1700 is it worth it. I just doing see small enough is the other downside. Trying to trow some points out there for others. Im set with my 2.8
