Specs say it does 120fps, just like z9 (and like my z6 actually though at higher resolution).

As much as I like video, I am still relatively new to it. I wonder if 120fps mean the same as slow-mo?
What is the difference between native 240fps vs editing a 120fps to 240fps in post? Also, 120 is for 1080p but limit for 4k is 60fps, so if modifying in post to 240 is it not as “smooth” as if it were native?
No clue what you mean by 120fps to 240fps in post. 4k max frame rate on z8/z9 is 120.
