So you don't have to use the Imaging Edge Editor. You can process the pixel shift files in Imaging Edge Viewer, checking the motion box. That produces an ARQ file. Then you can convert it into a DNG using PixelShift2DNG. I don't think PixelShift2DNG fully supports the a7R V file, as it leaves a streaked border around the image. If you crop to 12672 x 19008, later in the process, you get the same full image without that streaked border. Then you can run it through Lightroom or any editor that supports linear DNG. Sharpening with Topaz Sharpen AI produces a fantastically detailed image. Absolutely gorgeous.

This, to me, is one of the killer features of the a7R V for landscape photography.
