My experience with it so far is a lot like yours....and I switched from an A1 also, after a lot of debating. I haven't had the chance to really put the AF to the test, but what I've seen so far is impressive. The improved IBIS is what sold me on this model, and I can tell a huge difference. The focus bracketing will hopefully be tested this weekend.

I mentioned this earlier, but the battery does drain much faster than the A1....was kinda disappointed there.....I have 5 batteries so it's not a deal-breaker, but just something to get used to. Also, like you, I've gotten so used to electronic shutter that it feels weird to shoot mechanical again. Right now I have a button assigned to toggle between shutter types, so I'll play around with that.

All in all, gets an A- grade so far
