I'm guessing you mean the CV 75/1.5? They font have a 75/1.2.
On a standard dumb adapter, that lens will still work with focus peaking. You can also zoom in to focus, but you'll need to have it set to a custom button. Mine is set to C2 on my A7riii.
If you want it to automatically zoom in when you turn the focus ring, then you'll need one with native e mount.
