yes it can, but not much play. needs refinement. like i said about the pull check. just miss once. not the way i would want to carry it. as long as you can ensure 100% connect/lock doesn't look too comfortable for wandering. then there's when it's time to move it around to the back to prevent contact with other objects. by the way you aren't trying something new there.
