I'd be shocked if most of the ones designed for the A7S III don't also fit the A7 IV (though I did see one person on YouTube have to slightly file a bit of a camera cage around the strap lug to make it fit). I've seen people on YouTube using A7S III accessories without issue on the whole.

My personal favourite design would be this one https://www.smallrig.com/smallrig-l-bracket-for-sony-alpha-7s-iii-a7s-iii-a7s3-3003.html as it adds less weight and stays completely clear of the battery door. I already think the last two generations of bodies have gotten too big, so I don't have the need to to extend the grip down vertically at all.
