Finally got to try the 2X TC with this lens today, but it was late in the afternoon and already very dark so slow shutter speeds at f/5.6 even at ISO 6400 or 12800. The lens/TC combo balanced nicely on my A7R IVA, the AF seemed to lock on quickly and image quality looked good but looking forward to working with some more light.
