I find the new 70-200 f/2.8GM II to be snappier than the 100-400, and close to my best primes. I don't have the 135 GM to test against.

I will be using this lens plus 1.4 TC on our annual last day of the year Zoo walk tomorrow. The 100-400 has been my standard Zoo lens until now.
