I think you could do some easy measurements off of the lens roadmap against known lenses in the back row and figure it out. I'll wait for someone else to do that. Also you may be able to measure the diameter of the lens mount in the photo Nikon gave us and use that ratio for the rest of the dimension.
On the roadmap it is slightly shorter than the 400S. The 400S is likely a little longer than a traditional 400/2.8 because of the 1.4TC. So this lens is likely a little longer than a traditional 400/2.8 when I eyeball it. You could try to compare to known 100-400S or 70-200S length.
