I saw you put the 100-400 up for sale already. I may do the same when I get my 70-200. I am surprised your 70-200+2x TV vs 100-400 comparison shows the 70-200 is even a bit sharper with the 2x TC than the 100-400 GM at 400mm. I saw several YT reviews that show the opposite, although only slightly. Maybe copy variation played a role in the different results of the comparisons.
