That is something we can't possibly know. Would Sony sell them the same sensor as their flagship? Maybe, maybe not. Would it save them money? Maybe, but maybe Sony won't sell them it at a price that saves money.
Maybe the have a better option. I like the idea of a global shutter which resolves a number of issues except power consumption.
