Anybody out there have a Memento digital picture frame? Does it still work?
Very interesting. One other person who has a working Memento frame also told me that their frame has version 6.02. And I would be VERY excited to try the firmware update you are suggesting! I will contact you via email as you have requested.
UPDATE: the version 6.02 firmware upgrade WORKED---my Memento frame now works perfectly! Undying gratitude to forum contributor philcous for providing the missing link, namely, a download link for the firmware. This should be very helpful for anyone with a 35" Memento frame that has stopped working. NOTE, I don't know if this firmware will also work on the smaller version of the frame--- it appears to be intended for the 35" frame only.
