You are not prepared for the question yet. There is no "best photographer" because there are several styles people take photos. You should probably find albums that you like the look of. Then ask to see samples 20 inches or bigger since anything can look good on a phone screen or Facebook display reduced small.
But here .. maybe Joe can help you .. his website should be available .. budget maybe $10,000 to $30,000 depending on size of the wedding.
