There was absolutely zero forecast of aurora to start with.
With all day running around the area, I was expecting a good night sleep for the next morning's photographing adventure.
However with a slightly lit greenish color showing in the sky near the famous mountain, Vestrahorn in Hofn, Iceland, rushing into that area was followed.. and the rest is the history.. until 4 am the next morning.. ever strong dancing in the sky..
This is the very first shot that night, only that I found it yesterday in my memory chip.. while I was collecting all my aurora pictures that I plan to present at some gathering here in DC next week. I did the processing again. And I see many colors.. like rainbow colors.. So it will be "Rainbow Aurora"
