I think FM let's you post up to 1.4mb? Try to export to that size. I share the full res images with the clients so it's not a problem for me.

In real practice, I see banding in video when using a camera with a small color space. There's only so many shades of blue that the camera can understand so you'll notice the bands in the sky..
