Thanks so much Samy. Spruce needle tea has a very sweet and citrusy taste when the spruces are picked when taking the fresh shoots. The longer the season goes the more bitter it gets. But even in september or october itīs quite good. They say the fresh spruces are packed with c-vitamin and was a common help against scurvy back in the days...
