I have the 80D and I really don't want to buy a more expensive camera with less base-ISO DR than what I already have.

What do you expect from a low light body?

You will not be able to see any DR diffrence in any print or exposure if you compare your 80 D base ISO pic with 6Ds/6D IIs base Iso shot. You will only realise that your 80D even at base ISO produces more noise. And watch how crisp the FF image is compared to the crop sample and how excellent the colors are rendered even at hig ISO.
You will already SEE a difference at ISO 200 or 400 where 6D (and so should 6D II) clearly wins. At 800 and 1600 I its even more significant. At ISO 6400 I would stop to use the 80D!. Noise looks nearly like 6Ds ISO 25k ( I expect this to be 6D IIs ISO 40k):

Test it here

Play with it. You will understand, why in my opinion a DR difference about 1.5 stops at base ISO is overrated. If you need a camera that offers same ISO 100 DR like your 80D, do not by the 6D/6D II. If you want a camera that blows away your 80D in IQ in any way that is visible, purchase one of them. But be aware that you might not use your 80D again except for reach.
