Ok so here are some tests.
5m custom PCX in 49mm filter thread, ZM 35/1.4 A7RII.
Focused in the centre using maximum live-view mag, I think it's still slightly off but not sure.
I stopped testing centre after f/4.0 beause there was no difference with/without the filter.
