Retirement is boring and expensive so hoping to pick up this 235 acre irrigation farm.
No house, sheds need work but the soil you can eat. A beautiful red loam going down some 18 inches, with a 375 megalitre water allocation, and analysis showing 7% vegetable matter (That is amazing)
Used to be a vineyard but grapes need to battle a bit for survival to make great wines.
Currently a dairy farm milking 200 Holsteins but intend (if we can make the sums work) to convert it to a mixture of grass fed beef fattening, walnuts, chestnuts and pomegranates
All with my amazing 23 f/1.4
