I was out today Witherspoon my M9 and accessing the buttons on the back with gloves on is really frustrating so I am curious to hear how the dial works with gloves. As Sean Reid points out in his review you don't need to push it back down if you expect to change ISO frequently even if that increases the chance that you might change ISO unintentionally of course. He even suggests that someone comes up with some product to keep the dial in the up position.
