Based on info I collected this spring.
0861XXXX were prototypes.
0862XXXX and 0892XXX were the first production runs. Some good ones.
My first 4 had bad smearing in the corners.
0864XXXX is what my lens delivered today is. Checked with both C1 and LR with LR lens profile only.
So I think I have a keeper. A little soft in the corners but no smearing. Sweat spot seems to be wide between f5.6-f8.
C1 does not seem to have the lens profile. LR does, and the images are much better with LR.
Anyone have a recommendation for post corrections and best practices with software with the CV lenses?
