Need help with eliminating video shake while using long lens?

Yes, in most scenarios it works but the final video ends up cropped. Also, when shooting 1080p I\'m loosing quality if I have to crop to much... Not a big problem but I feel that I can get better results with proper tools. At the moment, I\'m just not sure what to look for...
