Every winter, I try to get out and do at least one fantasy snow queen/snow princess styled shoot for fun. We don\'t get snow often so I try to make use of it when we do. This year, the Flagstaff area got almost 3 feet of snow - we were trudging through snow that was past our knees to do this shoot. My daughter is such a good sport about this! Here are a few of my favorites. I wanted to portray her as a mysterious, regal snow queen of the forest. All images were shot with the 5Diii and 200L. The sun flares are all real (I was being accused of faking them on my business page). We started shooting just as the sun was setting behind the trees behind her and finished with her facing the settings at the end (the images in the pink dress). Thanks for looking!
