Telyt 280/4.8 of 1961 for Visoflex. Early versions required an adapter for attachment to either LTM or M Visoflex; later versions like mine have improved optical design (Puts) and dedicated Viso M support. The lens will color fringe under stress, but is actually very sharp. Visoflex is adaptable to any mount (Nikon D3X here):
Narrow DOF @ f/8. Besides an aperture ring, this Telyt has a preset ring, so manual focus is easy.
