We\'re just back from a 7-day trek in Fiordland (NZ) where we were lucky enough to have a clear night for a total lunar eclipse - first is of the moon at the time of full occlusion, and the second of the milky way with the moon \'turned down\'. We were about 50 km from the nearest time, so almost zero light pollution. Both are stacks of five images (12 secs each) assembled with DeepSkyStacker.
