NB. Re the Fujinon results above. I have re-shimmed the adapter to correct 25.5mm length, (it was at 25.4mm after I\'d shimmed it before, because I couldn\'t get ∞ at the correct length), and it only varies by 1 thou\". I\'ve also been inside the \"nose\" of the lens under the name disc, 2 layers down, to get to the 4x screw focus set.
It\'s now reset and immediately looks better! I need to reshoot the test shots with it now. Sadly Stonyhurst isn\'t just round the corner!
