Jim -- I\'m afraid I would end up loving the IQ too much and want to use it for everything. Then be sad when it doesn\'t work well documenting my mosquito farm breeding program.

Rick -- The point being that if AF is slow or non-existent, the main use for me would be along the lines of a digital back: a smaller version of a 4x5 body (picture a Graflex press outfit, but small). Unless using Sony AF lenses, most of the spontaneous functionality will be lost. (And I don\'t know yet how fast Sony/Zeiss lenses are in the AF department -- as fast as Canon\'s? Hmm. I sort of doubt that. Well, okay, throw the 85/1.2L out, even the new one!)
