I contacted the CEO of CarrySpeed as I wanted to know if they were going to be at PhotoPlus and what is the situation with the site. He called me and informed me that BlackRapid took CarrySpeed to court for copyright infringement. CS fought the case as long as they could but it all came down to being able to afford the court/attorney fees and CS could not.
CS is based in Texas where as BlackRapid is in Cali and that\'s where they filed it. So CS would have to travel to Cali every tme there is a court date.
CS has been handed off to an overseas company.
