Just got mine. Using 1dx.

Previous lenses I did adjusment on:
5d mark iii and 35 L = + 7
5d mark iii and 85 1.8 = + 7


So far at min focusing distance the sigma is front focusing big time and will require somewhere between +6 to + 15 I would guess.
