70mm f/2.8/4 comps, three 24-70 II, tam 28-75, 70-300L


200% crops (the bills were far away and it also helps make sure jpg compression, level 12 anyway, has no bearing)
differences are seen in the micro-contrast crispness, do you get dark contrasts on fine lines next to white areas and better pop or not, you can also notice effective differences between what each lens calls 70mm (or the Tamron calls 75mm by comparing the sizes of the bills, target bills were maybe 18\' away or so)

A 100 bill is even better for tests, as seen in all my other tests, due to the detail and patterns on the back but well after getting the 24-70 II, these bills were all that is left in the bank hah.
