So I\'ve been using backblaze for a while for offsite backup. Recently it started to really slow down my computer so I contacted them. After some to and fro they suggested that I uninstall and reinstall the software. I was a touch concerned by this (I\'ve got about 3TB of data with them which has taken ages to upload) and double checked that if I did they\'d be able to reconnect me to my data.
So it turns out they were wrong and now there\'s nothing they can do about it. Apparently the \"Silver lining is that I shouldn\'t have any more slowdowns\".
Thanks backblaze for loosing all my data.

ps. going to bed tonight a touch worried and really hoping my drobo holds together until I can work out another offsite solution. Feel totally let down by backblaze.
