I dont know if it\'s normal but my markins Q2 (i think) doesnt rotate around the center axis. The base rotates but i\'m talking about the actual ball not rotating inside the casing. It does move around normally toward the sides and around the sides but doesnt rotate 360 degrees around the vertical axis (sort of like spinning a basketball on ur finger). Again, i\'m not talking about the base not turning but the actual ball inside the casing and yes i untightened the main dial. Sometimes i want to rotate the camera horizontally around the center axis without having to untighten the base. Is this normal?
