With the epic amount of snowfall we have had this winter, Union Pacific was forced to bring out a tool from 1937 to clear the tracks.

We've got a couple of those on display/mothballed in an old railroad town not to far from here. Impressive machines, all power and muscle. Nice shot, must have been impressive as that thing lumbered by. Rick
