I like it. The mood and story come though loud and clear in this image. I agree with the others about a couple of technical nits, but nonetheless it works for me. Good job.
Nice idea. Too much dark space to the right. Subject probably right in the centre and probably recomposing from a bit lower including the legs would make it even better.

Thanks for comment. A little about the shot and some of the constraints I faced. I took the shot at night, camera was on tripod, it was a self portrait. I had a difficult time trying to see to focus to focus and position myself in the shot. I feel suggestions are good, I just was having a tough time executing the shot.
