This has been noted already that the "pop" is not the same as subject separation.
I think the distinction between the two is well seen in the extended series of images of the sexualized females on the previous pages. These girls, that seem to be desperately trying to look glamours, don't pop, in my view.
Subject separation is relatively trivial to achieve and this thread is contaminated by examples of subject separation.
